Billing entity

Purchases on 3Allusion are billed by Lukas Dreiher and/or its designated payment processors, acquirers, facilitators, billing partners, or authorized resellers, depending on the payment flow, region, and product configuration in effect at the time of purchase.

The applicable billing entity, payment partner, and statement descriptor will be shown at checkout and/or on your receipt.

Statement descriptor

Charges may appear on your card or bank statement under 3ALLUSION or another descriptor disclosed during checkout.

Digital services and credits

Credits are digital prepaid units that may be used to access generation, editing, enhancement, or other paid features of the Services.

Credits are generally consumed when processing begins or when a paid action is otherwise initiated. Different features may consume different amounts of credits.

Prices, taxes, and fees

Displayed prices may exclude or include taxes depending on your location and applicable law. Taxes, fees, and payment-method-specific charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary by region, risk checks, partner availability, and compliance requirements.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law:

• used or partially used credits are generally non-refundable;
• unused credits may be refunded only at our discretion;
• failed generations may qualify for support credits or support remediation instead of a cash refund; and
• accounts restricted or terminated for fraud, abuse, or policy violations may forfeit remaining credits to the extent permitted by law.

Chargebacks and fraud

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, refuse, reverse, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized use, chargeback risk, policy abuse, legal requirements, or processor compliance.
