Content Policy

1. Adults Only

3Allusion is an adult-only AI photo studio. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

Some adult content may be allowed for eligible adult users, but only within the boundaries of this Policy, our Terms of Service, payment-partner requirements, and applicable law.

2. Absolutely Prohibited Content

You may not create, request, upload, edit, publish, share, or distribute:

• any content involving minors or persons who appear under 18;
• any sexualized depiction of a person who appears under 18, regardless of labels or disclaimers;
• child sexual abuse material or exploitative content of any kind;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, whether real, manipulated, or AI-generated;
• rape, coercion, sexual assault, exploitation, trafficking, blackmail, or forced scenarios;
• deceptive sexualized depictions of a real person without consent;
• revenge porn, voyeuristic sexual content, privacy-invasive content, or content created for humiliation or extortion;
• impersonation, fraud, harassment, stalking, hate, threats, or illegal activity; or
• content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

3. Real Persons, Rights, and Consent

If you use any real person's image, likeness, voice, body, identity, or personal attributes, you must have all permissions, rights, and consents required for your intended use.

This requirement is especially strict for intimate, explicit, or sexualized content. You may not use 3Allusion to sexualize, embarrass, deceive, harass, exploit, or otherwise harm a real person.

4. Self-Use and Own-Likeness Content

If you generate content based on your own likeness, you must ensure that:

• you are an adult;
• the source material is yours to use;
• you are legally permitted to request the generation; and
• your requested content complies with this Policy and applicable law.

We may require additional verification before enabling explicit self-likeness features.

5. Identity-Based and Reference-Based Features

Identity-based features, face-based transformations, reference-image workflows, and similar tools may only be used where you have the right and consent to use all referenced material.

You may not use such features for impersonation, catfishing, non-consensual adult content, sexualized deception, or misuse of another person's identity.

6. Safety and Publication Controls

We may refuse prompts, block generations, blur previews, watermark trial output, delay processing, or require additional review in higher-risk categories.

If public galleries, profiles, or sharing features are enabled, we may review content before or after publication and may remove or disable access to content that creates policy, legal, payment, or trust-and-safety risk.

7. Enforcement

If we believe content or conduct violates this Policy, our Terms, partner requirements, or applicable law, we may:

• refuse processing;
• remove or block content;
• restrict or terminate accounts;
• cancel or refuse transactions;
• require verification or documentation; or
• report or escalate the matter where appropriate.

Severe violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Reporting and Depicted-Person Requests

If you believe content violates this Policy or your rights, contact support@3allusion.pro or submit a request through Report Abuse.

If you are depicted in content and believe you did not consent, your consent is invalid, or the content otherwise violates your rights or the law, you may request review and removal. We may temporarily disable the content while we investigate.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
